Oz'NBones BBQ is a Food Truck and catering business in Colchester, CT run by Chris & Diane Ozmun. Specializing in Authentic and artisan BBQ. We recently purchased 43 Hayward Avenue in Colchester and are working to open it in the near future. Stay tuned for updates!  

Grown out of Chris’ passion for cooking and especially for authentic southern BBQ, the couple fell in love with BBQ when visiting Chris’ older brother while he was stationed in Tennessee over 20 years ago. Chris learned the craft of smoking and barbecue and has been perfecting his recipes since then. All of our recipes are his own creations and everything is made from scratch from fresh ingredients.

We ask that our customers while in line, please maintain a six foot distance between you and your neighbor. Call in to 860-267-8520 to pair your food with a bottle of Priam Vineyards wine for curbside pick-up, or visit the bar for a glass or bottle to enjoy on our spacious lawn or patio.
