A ‘Chablis-style’ dry, medium bodied chardonnay aged in steel and true to the flavor of the varietal.
 
Nose: Green apple, melon, lemon, light vanilla and mineral-like aromas.
Palate: Lean and crisp with moderate acidity and a full body feel.
Finish: A long elegant finish with a taut acidity and crisp mineral aftertaste.
Foods: Oysters, linguini vongole (clams), lemon chicken over pasta, pork tenderloin.
